Diverse menu including regional specialties of the Chapada Diamantina like Banana Godo made with dried beef and bacon. Also the Roda D’Água Filet Mignon that contains special herbs, garlic, wine, mushrooms in a demi-glace sauce.

Don’t miss out on our delicious desserts. The Petit Gateau served with a scoop of ice cream of your preference is one of the favorites. Another delicious choice is Cartola: fried bananas sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon between slices of melted cheese.
